I don't write reviews because I've never felt compelled to, but this place is different. I called in to ask some questions as this would be my first sound system. Mark answered the phone and answered all my dumb questions, and he answered with enthusiasm, which is rare to have a positive experience calling in to any business. I showed up a couple days later to ask a couple final questions, and i was treated like life long friends from everyone there. I ended up getting a system installed and am extremely happy with the outcome. They go above and beyond what is expected and asked of them. Don't even waste your time looking at other shops to get your system installed. As far as i'm concerned, this is the only place to go.

This is the best shop in the area by FAR! Everyone who works here, knows exactly what they are doing! They'll be straight up with you and tell you what will work for your ride and what will NOT! No upselling or pressure to buy! I highly recommend this shop for all of your needs!

I had an incredible experience with the team at Car Sounds Inc. As someone who really values high-quality audio and a clean install, I was blown away by their technical expertise. John, Mykala, and Mark were all exceptionally skilled and professional throughout the entire process. They didn't just meet my expectations—they went above and beyond to ensure the integration and sound quality were absolutely perfect. It’s rare to find a shop where the entire crew is so dedicated to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for a seamless experience and top-tier results for your vehicle, I cannot recommend them enough!

Walked in with out any kind of appt and Mark was there to immediately help me. He showed me the best option to replace my 2004 alpine on my 97 Tahoe and literally within the hour I was good to go and listening to some sweet tunes out of my new kenwood unit. The owner I think and another girl Micaela were there and everyone was super nice. The service was affordable but what made this the best service was Marks attention to detail when helping me navigate the new unit and just his overall kindness. From the moment I stepped in I felt like I was coming to a family member for a service and that’s a great feeling anytime you need work on your car done. 10/10 recommend.

What a great place, they installed a backup camera today when no one else could on my Porsche 911, and they had the best price in town. They got it done faster than I thought they could. While I was there two other Porsche 911s were there, so they know just about every car made it seems. Great place just to hang out and learn a few things. I didn't want to leave. They know their stuff and are funny as well. If you have to wait, maybe schedule a tattoo session a couple doors down at Ink Life and ask for Carola. The #1 car stereo shop in the metroplex. Thanks again
